Ritesh Moza has earned a distinguished role as Chief Operating Officer in the chemicals industry. His talents also include mastering supply chain logistics, accounting, and taxation, alongside his knack for networking and leadership in team development.

Under Ray Moza's strategic leadership, Chemicals Incorporated has undergone substantial growth and transformation. He increased the workforce from 42 to over 200 employees, and during his tenure, revenue escalated by six times. Positioned in Texas, Chemicals Incorporated has made its mark as a critical player in the toll and custom manufacturing of a diverse range of chemicals, boasting partnerships with numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Hailing from Pittsburgh, Moza relocated to Texas to pursue his higher education at Trinity University in San Antonio. He completed his Bachelor of Business Administration in Political Science and Government in 2002. Trinity's curriculum, which integrates a liberal arts education with focused professional training, provided him with a well-rounded foundation that has been instrumental in his career.

Moza continued his academic journey at the Cardozo School of Law, earning a Doctor of Law (JD) in 2006. The school, part of Yeshiva University in New York City, is lauded for its innovative legal education, particularly in areas like business, intellectual property, public interest law, criminal justice, and clinical education.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Reitesh Moza is deeply engaged in philanthropic activities. He fervently supports local safety and public service organizations, including the Houston Fire Department and various branches of Harris County law enforcement. He extends his charitable efforts to veteran support through involvement with Camp Hope and the Wounded Warriors Project, initiatives that offer vital assistance to veterans and their families coping with the effects of their service.

Additionally, Moza is committed to aiding individuals recovering from alcohol and drug addiction, supporting entities such as Alcoholics Anonymous and Refuge Recovery. This latter organization applies Buddhist principles to recovery, aligning with Moza's approach to holistic and spiritually integrated solutions. His philanthropy also includes contributions to The Phoenix and various causes, such as Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital and the MS150, a cycling event that funds multiple sclerosis research.

A sports enthusiast, Ray Moza, is active in table tennis, tennis, pickleball, and basketball, leveraging these activities not just for physical health but also for mental and social benefits. He is enthusiastic about F3 racing and practices martial arts, including Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu, which provide comprehensive benefits in fitness and self-defense.
